The project at 18th and spruce features two buildings. Building one houses a cafe & art gallery with office spaces above. Building two is a condo tower with studio spaces as well as a few communal spaces.

    The surrounding grounds have been excavated to provide a subterranean green space for occupants seeking refuge from the bustling urban Rittenhouse neighborhood.
